Every 2 or 2.5 years I get my hair cut and donated to Locks of Love. This year it got a little longer than usual for the sake of an SMBC Theater sketch that needed continuity. ENJOY MY HORROR!
Haha! You look like a boy!
… oh, wait.
Looks good! But I’m fairly sure your hair was the source of all your power.
NOOOO it’s…it’s… gone!
You are quite the philanthropist.
Finally! Took you long enough. According to Colin though your hair was the source of your Soul Calibur power and now you suck at it.
Some lucky kid is going to have one incredible ginger wig.
I do the same to donate to the local cancer society for ‘wigs for kids’. Good to know I’m not the only occassional long haired crazy running around.
While I respect what you do with your hair, I’m horrified that you actually went for such a short crew cut. You could have stopped at pic 5. Such lovely hair. Gone. Sigh.
I can’t have been the only one that noticed you had shorter hair in some of the SMBC red button pictures right…? Or am I dreaming that in a attempt to sew reality together better…?
(As in, some of the recent ones)
Yeah, I think you should have kept the medium length hair.
I’m in the same boat; here in Australia we have ‘Shave for a Cure’, a cancer research fundraiser. I’ve grown my hair out (for the first time) for about two years, so now I’m thinking of throwing it all in for the sake of cancer. I think my scalp can stand being a little cold for that.
you’re not alone: pre-recrution haircut, donated to make wigs for little girls with cancer:
:-o on Halloween?
I think it’s great that you do this, Zack, regardless what people say.
Wait. I met you at ROLFCON when you had long hair…will you still remember me if we meet again? :(
ALSO: Why did they stop making Daisy Owl?
The pic 5 hair made me think of Tim Minchin!
My friend got very upset when I told her the cute cartoonist we met at ComicCon cut his hair. XD I has to assure her that you look good with it short as well.
Hey, that new hair is the sort that’s consistent with actually getting a real job! If you weren’t unemployable. And ginger.
How far is it to the Marine recruiting station, anyway?
Ha, we have the same hair colour. Yet mine is incapable of growing past my shoulders… I can never donate to Locks of Love. (Sadness.)
You’re going to save lots of money on shampoo and conditioner. Very noble of you.
Atcote – DO IT DO IT DO IT. I shaved my head for it a couple of years ago and it was AWESOME. I’m growing my hair out for my wedding atm, but once that’s done I’m going to shave it again for charity – seriously good times.
