Every 2 or 2.5 years I get my hair cut and donated to Locks of Love. This year it got a little longer than usual for the sake of an SMBC Theater sketch that needed continuity. ENJOY MY HORROR!

I do the same to donate to the local cancer society for ‘wigs for kids’. Good to know I’m not the only occassional long haired crazy running around.
While I respect what you do with your hair, I’m horrified that you actually went for such a short crew cut. You could have stopped at pic 5. Such lovely hair. Gone. Sigh.

I’m in the same boat; here in Australia we have ‘Shave for a Cure’, a cancer research fundraiser. I’ve grown my hair out (for the first time) for about two years, so now I’m thinking of throwing it all in for the sake of cancer. I think my scalp can stand being a little cold for that.

Atcote – DO IT DO IT DO IT. I shaved my head for it a couple of years ago and it was AWESOME. I’m growing my hair out for my wedding atm, but once that’s done I’m going to shave it again for charity – seriously good times.
